Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and ARIUS YOGA, Inc. (“ARIUS YOGA,” “us,” or “we”) regarding your use of services available at www.ARIUSYOGA.com, including any downloadable software program that you are accessing or installing on your device or personal computer and the services available through that software program (together, the “Service”).
BY USING ANY PORTION OF THE SERVICE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY AND ARE BECOMING A PARTY TO THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE SERVICE. If you are using the Service on behalf of your employer, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on your employer’s behalf.
SERVICE AGREEMENT
In order to use the Service, you must create an account. When registering for an account, you must provide accurate and complete information and promptly update this information to keep it current.
You are solely responsible for all activities that occur through your account. To protect your account from unauthorized use, do not provide your username or password to anyone else. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security by sending an email to Ariusyoga@gmail.com
RECURRING BILLING & SALES
The membership fee will be billed at the beginning of the paying portion of your membership and each month thereafter unless and until you cancel your membership. We automatically bill your payment method each month on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your paying membership. We reserve the right to change our billing timing, in particular, if your payment method has not successfully been charged. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Only on a case-by-case basis will refunds be given if they are for reasons the Arius Yoga team deems relevant. (defective product or mistaken purchases)
CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your ARIUS YOGA Membership at any time for any reason. To cancel your recurring subscription, please visit "Your Account" at https://ariusyoga.uscreen.io/my_plan Following a cancellation, you will lose access to all Training Plans you enrolled in during your membership at the end of your billing period. If you choose to sign back up as a member, your billing date will update to the day you paid.
Ces conditions d'utilisation («Conditions») sont un accord juridique entre vous et ARIUS YOGA, Inc. («ARIUS YOGA», «nous» ou «nous») concernant votre utilisation des services disponibles sur www.ARIUSYOGA.com, y compris tout logiciel téléchargeable auquel vous accédez ou installez sur votre appareil ou ordinateur personnel et les services disponibles via ce logiciel (ensemble, le «Service»).

Si vous utilisez le Service au nom de votre employeur, vous déclarez que vous êtes autorisé à accepter ces Conditions au nom de votre employeur.
CONTRAT DE SERVICE
Pour utiliser le Service, vous devez créer un compte. Lors de la création d'un compte, vous devez fournir des informations exactes et complètes et mettre à jour rapidement ces informations pour les maintenir à jour.
Vous êtes seul responsable de toutes les activités qui se produisent via votre compte. Pour protéger votre compte contre toute utilisation non autorisée, ne communiquez pas votre nom d'utilisateur ou votre mot de passe à personne d'autre. Veuillez nous informer immédiatement de toute utilisation non autorisée de votre compte ou de toute autre faille de sécurité en envoyant un e-mail à Ariusyoga@gmail.com
PAIEMENT RÉGULIER & VENTE
Les frais d'adhésion seront facturés au début de la partie payante de votre adhésion et chaque mois par la suite à moins et ce jusqu'à ce que vous annuliez votre adhésion. Nous facturons automatiquement votre mode de paiement chaque mois le jour calendaire correspondant au début de votre abonnement payant. Nous nous réservons le droit de modifier notre calendrier de facturation, en particulier, si votre mode de paiement n'a pas été facturé avec succès. TOUTES LES VENTES SONT FINALES. Seuls les remboursements seront effectués au cas par cas s'ils le sont pour des raisons que l'équipe d'Arius Yoga juge pertinentes. (produit défectueux ou achats erronés)
ANNULATIONS
Vous pouvez annuler votre adhésion à ARIUS YOGA à tout moment pour quelque raison que ce soit. Pour annuler votre abonnement récurrent, veuillez visiter «Votre compte» sur https://ariusyoga.uscreen.io/my_plan Suite à une annulation, vous perdrez l'accès à tous les plans de formation auxquels vous vous êtes inscrit pendant votre adhésion à la fin de votre période de facturation. Si vous choisissez de vous réinscrire en tant que membre, votre date de facturation sera mise à jour au jour de votre paiement.
